<p>According to the present invention, a grain type artificial leather having air permeability consists of: a fiber foaming paper (1); a fine porous layer (2) made of a polymer elastomer and formed on the fiber foaming paper (1); a surface film layer (3) in a convex form, which is discontinuously formed on the fine porous layer (2); and an adhesive layer (4) attaching the surface film layer (3) on the fine porous layer (2), wherein the surface film layer (3) is not formed on a part of the surface of the fine porous layer (2), and air holes of having the diameter of 1-100μm are formed on a part in which the surface film layer (3) is not formed in the fine porous layer (2). The present invention has a part (5) in which the surface film layer (3) in a non-porous form is not formed on the fine porous layer (2). Also, air holes having the diameter of 1-100μm are formed on the part (5) in which the surface film layer (3) is not formed so that mechanical properties such as air permeability and splitting resistance are increased. Accordingly, the present invention is useful for cloth materials.</p> |
