PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell unit in which the need for removing a warpage suppression layer by grinding is eliminated, while suppressing warpage.SOLUTION: A fuel cell unit 1 has a solid electrolyte layer 10, an anode layer 11 laminated on one side of the solid electrolyte layer 10, and also having a function as a support, a cathode layer 13 laminated on the other side of the solid electrolyte layer 10 via an intermediate layer 12, and a warpage suppression layer 14 laminated on the opposite side of the solid electrolyte layer 10 in the anode layer 11. The warpage suppression layer 14 has electron conductivity at the cell operation temperature and in a reduction atmosphere, and also has gas permeability. Both the warpage suppression layer 14 and intermediate layer 12 may contain a cerium oxide-based oxide as a main component. |
