PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a load-displacement characteristic that initial rise is made smooth.SOLUTION: An impact absorber device 1 includes: a crush box 2 that comprises a composite material with a resin reinforced by fibers, and absorbs impact energy by collapse in a front-back direction; and a pressing member 3 that is arranged on the front side of the crush box 2, and pressing the crush box 2 in the front-back direction to subject the crush box 2 to the collapse. In the crush box 2, plural fiber layers 21, ..., whose elastic moduli are different to each other with respect to a load in the front-back direction, are laminated along a radial direction orthogonal to the front-back direction.
