<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel driving method and a display device for performing the same which can improve display quality, to be more specific, with respect to the display panel driving method and the display device for performing the same.SOLUTION: A display panel driving method includes: a step for generating high data voltage which has high gamma in association with gradation of input image data; a step for generating low data voltage having lower gamma than the high gamma in association with the gradation of the input image data; and a step for outputting the high data voltage and the low data voltage to a pixel of the display panel. Only the low data voltage is outputted to the pixel of the display panel at least in one frame. Related to this, side visibility is improved to prevent display defect, and display quality thus can be improved.</p> |
