<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for repetitive fair channel allocation.SOLUTION: A method and system for repetitive fair channel allocation may orthogonally allocate K-pieces of channels to N-pieces networks so that a neighboring network operates at different frequency . The repetitive fair channel allocation not only allocates fair lot of spectrum to each network, but may include the orthogonal channel allocation which may increase spectrum reuse by allocating a channel to as many networks as possible.</p> |
