<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately inspect reverse twisting of a cable part of an optical fiber in which a support wire part, a cable part provided by periodically reversely-rotating around the support wire part, and a coupling part for coupling the support wire part and the cable part are integrally formed.SOLUTION: The inspection method of an optical fiber cable 100, in which a support wire part, a cable part provided by periodically reversely-twisting around the support wire part, and a coupling part in which the support wire part and the cable part are coupled are integrally formed, includes linearly supporting the optical fiber cable 100, making the reversely twisted cable part of the optical fiber cable 100 linearly supported slide on a guide rail 50 arranged in parallel with the optical fiber cable 100 in a state where the optical fiber cable 100 is gripped, and continuously inspecting a twisting angle of the reversely twisted cable part of the gripped optical fiber cable 100 by an inspection mechanism 60.</p> |
