<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver maximum power transmission for a plurality of base stations at a terminal, by taking account of transmission power usable by the terminal when the terminal is simultaneously connected to a plurality of base stations.SOLUTION: A base station apparatus, in a radio communication system in which a communication system can be simultaneously connected with one or more other base station apparatuses, determines first maximum transmission power usable when the communication device transmits a signal to the base station apparatus and second maximum transmission power usable when the communication device transmits a signal to each of the other base station apparatuses so that the sum of the first maximum transmission power and second maximum transmission power does not exceed third maximum transmission power usable in the communication device. The communication device is informed of the first maximum transmission power as well as the one or more other base station apparatuses are informed of the second maximum power transmission. The communication device is informed of the second maximum transmission power by one of the one or more other base station apparatuses.</p> |
