<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic wave device capable of suppressing a transverse mode ripple without much causing deterioration in a Q value.SOLUTION: An acoustic wave device 1 comprises a piezoelectric substrate 2 and an IDT electrode 3 provided on the piezoelectric substrate 2. The IDT electrode 3 includes a first bus bar 31, a second bus bar 32 arranged separately from the first bus bar 31, a plurality of first electrode fingers 33, and a plurality of second electrode fingers 34. At least one of the first bus bar 31 and the second bus bar 32 is provided with a plurality of slits 31a and 32a extending in a direction crossing the direction in which the first electrode fingers 33 and the second electrode fingers 34 extend.</p> |
