<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an imaged video of an area, not captured in an omnidirectional video, on a screen at timing designated by a user.SOLUTION: In a computer 5 as a video display apparatus, a memory 5f stores omnidirectional video data, imaged by a first camera 1, and out-of-area video data imaged by a second camera 2 disposed out of an area from an area that can be imaged by the first camera 1. A mouse 5b accepts a user operation to designate an area associated with the disposition area of the second camera 2 in the omnidirectional video, to output a signal corresponding to the content of the user operation. When a computer main body 5a receives the signal from the mouse 5b, a CPU 5e reads out the out-of-area video data from the memory 5f, to display the out-of-area video on a monitor screen.</p> |
