PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing the workload of a system administrator which is required for secondary measures after receiving a cyber attack from a hacker and for reducing a malware infection risk due to the cyber attack.SOLUTION: When detecting malware on the basis of a mail received from an external apparatus, an information processing device specifies a mail address of the external apparatus; searches for business card information from a storage device that holds the business card information including the mail address, by using the specified mail address as a search key; and reports the business card information as a search result.
