The present invention relates to a rubber composition for an orthodontic device and a manufacturing method for an orthodontic device using the same. The rubber composition for an orthodontic device comprises 30-40 parts by weight of zerosil, 0.5-5 parts by weight of 2,5-bit(t-butylperoxy)2,5-dimethylhexane (DBPMH), 1-5 parts by weight of butylated hydroxy toluene (BHT) and 2.5-5 parts by weight of plasticizers based on 100 parts by weight of silicone. The rubber composition for an orthodontic device and the manufacturing method for an orthodontic device using the same according to the present invention are able to minimize problems such as psychological anxiety, time loss, economical loss and the like by retarding the discoloration of the rubber for an orthodontic device by adding phenol based butylated hydroxytoluene.
