PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving the performance of a photoelectric conversion element containing an organic semiconductor.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element includes: a step of laminating, on one of an electron extraction electrode and a hole extraction electrode, a composition which contains a p-type organic semiconductor represented by the following formula and having a thiazolothiazole-naphthobisthiadiazole skeleton, an n-type organic semiconductor selected from the group consisting of ≥70C fullerenes and derivatives thereof, and a low-volatile additive with a boiling point of 150°C or higher, and drying the composition to form a photoelectric conversion layer; and a step of laminating the other electrode on the photoelectric conversion layer. |
