PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device component and a semiconductor device, which can avoid breakage of a wall adjacent to a hole usable as a nut insertion hole.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor device component comprises: a first part having a first hole usable as a nut insertion hole; and a second part having a second hole adjacent to the first hole via a wall. The first hole includes a first surface which faces the wall, a second surface which contacts the first surface, a third surface which contacts the second surface, a fourth surface which contacts the third surface and faces the first surface, a fifth surface which contacts the fourth surface and faces the second surface, and a sixth surface which contacts the fifth surface and the first surface, and faces the third surface. In addition, a distance between the first surface and the fourth surface is longer than each of a distance between the second surface and the fifth surface, and a distance between the third surface and the sixth surface. |
