PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide suppression of coloration with time of resin composition containing an acetoacetyl group-containing polyvinyl alcohol-based resin and a hydrazine compound.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains a crosslinked structure (C) obtained by crosslinking an acetoacetic acid ester group-containing polyvinyl alcohol-based resin (A) with a hydrazine compound (B) and contains at least one reducing agent (D) selected from thiol compounds and organic phosphine compounds.
