Disclosed is a lamp device using a COB-type LED, which prevents a conductive reflector from touching a terminal part of the COB-type LED when the reflector is combined with the lamp device, thereby preventing a short circuit due to a contact between the reflector and the terminal part of the COB-type LED, and also increasing the reliability of the lamp device. According to the present invention, the lamp device comprises: a lamp housing, a COB-type LED, an insulation member, a reflector, a light-transmitting plate, and a cover. The lamp housing is equipped with a storage space having a certain depth to the inside from the front-end part, and has a mounting part connected to external power on the internal bottom of the storage space. The COB-type LED is mounted to be electrically connected to the mounting part of the lamp housing, is equipped with a light-emission part at the center, and has wires connected to the left and right edge surfaces separated from the light-emission part by a certain distance, wherein the wires are connected to the external power introduced to the mounting part. The insulation member is mounted on the surface of the COB-type LED and is equipped with a through-hole at the center, wherein the light-emission part of the COB-type LED is inserted into the through-hole and therefore is exposed. The reflector is inserted into the storage space from the front-end part of the lamp housing, is combined with the lamp housing in a manner that the inner end of the reflector touches the insulation member, and enables the light emitted from the light-emission part of the COB-type LED due to the application of current to be reflected in the forward direction. The light-transmitting plate covers the front-end part of the reflector. The cover is screw-combined with the outer circumferential surface of the front-end part of the lamp housing, thereby preventing the light-transmitting plate as well as the reflector inserted into the storage space from escaping from the lamp housing. |
