The present invention relates to a small ballpoint pen where a connection stick on a pressing button of an existing ballpoint pen is separated into left and right stick, thereby enabling a ballpoint pen refill to be inserted in the left and right stick, reducing the height of the ballpoint pen. In the present invention, provided is the small ballpoint pen, which resolves the problem that people have difficulty in taking an existing ballpoint pen out of a hip pocket on blue jeans or an inner pocket on a jacket and also has a modified pressing button shape, thereby enabling the ballpoint pen refill to be inserted in the pressing button and reducing the height of the ballpoint pen. |
