The present invention relates to a method and a system to operate a play board for children using a smart device. The present invention enables individualized education suitable for each child even with same content by inducing fun to children, enhancing the creative thinking of children, and enabling parents to easily change content outputted to be suitable for each child through a smartphone by checking context of a combination of two or more RFID blocks attached to the play board by children and outputting one or more sets of related content by controlling the operation of the play board including one or more RFID readers inside using a smart device.
