PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by improving the area rate of a region that contributes to the photoelectric conversion of a photoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device 11 comprises: a base plate 1; a first lower electrode layer 2a and a second lower electrode layer 2b arranged with a space between them along in one direction on the base plate 1; a first lamination part 7a provided from the surface of the first lower electrode layer 2a to the surface of the second lower electrode layer 2b; a belt-like connection conductor 8 provided on a side of the first lamination part 7a; and a second lamination part 7b provided on the second lower electrode layer 2b and arranged in one direction with a space from the first lamination part 7a. The second lamination part 7b has a hollow P3 so as not to be in contact with the connection conductor 8 in a place that is opposite the connection conductor 8 among the sides of the first lamination part 7a. Since the area ratio of a power generation contributing region can be increased in the photoelectric conversion device 11, photoelectric conversion efficiency can be improved. |
