PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram device capable of recording information in a recording medium at high speed while increasing the multiplicity of information recordings in one and the same spot of the recording medium.SOLUTION: A reference light irradiation optical system 4 for irradiating an irradiation-subject part Q of a recording medium 9 with reference light comprises a deflection optical system 36 and a relay optical system 37. The relay optical system 37 is configured so as to emit, toward the irradiation-subject part Q, reference light incident on the relay optical system 37 through a point P located on an optical axis L. The deflection optical system 36 has three galvanometer mirrors 36a-36c, and is configured so as to be able, by adjusting the oscillation angle of each of the mirrors, to change the axis direction of the reference light heading toward the relay optical system 37 from the point P along each of a plurality of surfaces intersecting the optical axis L at the point P. |
