PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator unit where tilt does not occur at a lens holder which starts moving when the actuator unit is incorporated into a lens drive device and is operated.SOLUTION: A lens holder 17 is held by a spring member 14 comprising: an inside holding part 14a; an outside holding part 14b; a plurality of arm parts 14c; an inside coupling part 14e; an outside coupling part 14f; and a spoke part 14g for coupling the inside holding part 14a with the outside holding part 14b in a manner that these can be released. The lens holder 17 is moved by electromagnetic driving means 22.
