PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biometric electrode capable of preventing exogenous noise even for conventional separation-type biometric electrodes and stably exerting grounding effects.SOLUTION: The biometric electrode comprises a shield cover for covering an electrode part and a connection part. The shield cover includes a sheet-like conductor, an insulator enclosing the conductor, and a cover-side shield terminal connected to the conductor. The connection part includes a connection part-side electrode terminal to be connected to the electrode part, at one surface, and the connection part-side shield terminal to be connected to the cover-side shield terminal, at the other surface respectively. The connection part-side shield terminal is connected to a shield line, the shield line, along with a biomedical signal line, is extended from the connection part by a connection cord to detachably engage the cover-side shield terminal with the connection part-side shield terminal. |
