摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline structure for facilitating a piping operation of a transfer tube piped between cooling and supply side cryostats in a cooling system of a superconducting apparatus.SOLUTION: Transfer tubes 7, 8 are piped between a cryostat 2 housing a superconducting apparatus 1 and a cryostat 4 on which a cryogenic temperature freezer 5 and a liquid feeding pump 6 are built and that houses a cryogenic temperature refrigerant (liquid nitrogen LN), so as to circulate and transfer the refrigerant. The transfer tube is formed into a vacuum heat insulation double pipe while insertion pipe parts 7a, 8a are suspended at both ends, and the transfer tube is inserted and piped in a pipe insertion port 10a opened on a lid part 10 of the cryostat. A bellows joint 9 stands at the pipe insertion port of the lid part 10. The insertion pipe parts 7a, 8a pass through the bellows joint 9 when constructing a pipeline, and are inserted in the cooling and supply side cryostats. Under this condition, the insertion pipe parts 7a, 8a are flange-jointed to a tip of the bellows joint 9.</p>
