PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read information displayed on a display outside a movable body with high accuracy from the movable body.SOLUTION: A display section 32 has spontaneous light-emitting elements such as an organic EL element and an LED element, and displays information toward a movable body 10. The display section 32 has, for example, a plurality of spontaneous light-emitting elements. In the spontaneous light-emitting elements which the display section 32 has, peak wavelength of light-emitting spectra of emitted light is in an infrared region. Here, light in the infrared region is the light, for example, with wavelength of 600 nm or more to 4000 nm. An imaging section 22 performs photoelectric conversion of the light in the infrared region, and generates an image outside the movable body 10. An information providing section 24 extracts a region equivalent to the display section 32 from an image picked up by the imaging section 22, decodes code information included in the extracted region, and generates information for display. Then, the information providing section 24 displays the generated information for display. |
