PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a false failure generation device capable of freely injecting a false failure to an inspection object circuit.SOLUTION: The false failure generation device includes failure injection information having a header part and a data part, a storage unit in which the failure injection information is stored, and at least one or more failure injection circuits which are connected to a prescribed path of an inspection object circuit and inject a false failure to the prescribed path. The header part has a port for designating one of the at least one or more failure injection circuits and an address for designating the data part. The data part includes an injection condition for false failure injection and failure injection data for false failure injection. The failure injection circuit injects a false failure to a prescribed path of the inspection object circuit on the basis of the injection condition and the failure injection data. |
