PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety monitoring system, a safety monitoring server, a safety monitoring program and a safety monitoring method for monitoring the safety of a monitored target person who moves in a plurality of spaces.SOLUTION: A safety monitoring system includes: a room temperature information reception part for receiving room temperature information indicating a room temperature in a space where each temperature sensor is installed, which is output by each temperature sensor; a location information reception part for receiving location information indicating the presence/absence of the monitored target person in a space, where each human sensor is installed, which is output by each human sensor; a storage part for storing an allowable room temperature and a determination time; an average stay room temperature calculation part for calculating an average stay room temperature on the basis of the room temperature information, the location information and the determination time stored in the storage part; and a monitoring information transmission part for generating and transmitting monitoring information to a terminal. The monitoring information transmission part determines the transmission of the monitoring information on the basis of the average stay room temperature and the allowable room temperature. |
