PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit an off-state current of an element using an organic semiconductor.SOLUTION: An organic device 10 comprises a source electrode 130 (first electrode), a drain electrode 140 (second electrode), an organic layer 150, a first insulation layer 170, and a second insulation layer 160. The source electrode 130 and the drain electrode 140 are separated from each other. The organic layer 150 contacts the source electrode 130 and the drain electrode 140 and lies in a region between the source electrode 130 and the drain electrode 140. The first insulation layer 170 contacts a region of the organic layer 150, which does not overlap a region between the source electrode 130 and the drain electrode 140. The second insulation layer 160 contacts a region of the organic layer, which lies between the source electrode 130 and the drain electrode 140. A melting point, a softening temperature, or a glass-transition temperature of the first insulation layer 170 is lower than a melting point, a softening temperature, or a glass-transition temperature of the second insulation layer 160.
|
