<p>Disclosed are a steel sheet with excellent strain aging resistance, formability, and elongation and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the steel sheet includes: 0.005-0.025 wt% of carbon (C), 0.2 wt% or less of silicon (Si), 1.0-2.0 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.08 wt% or less of phosphorus (P), 0.01 wt% or less of sulfur (S), 0.2-2.0 wt% of aluminum (Al), 0.008 wt% or less of nitrogen (N), [Cr]+0.3[Mo] <= 2.0 ([ ] is wt% of component) of at least one among chrome (Cr) and molybdenum (Mo) [Cr]+0.3[Mo] <= 2.0 ([ ] is wt% of component), and remainder iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities. The steel sheet has 340 MPa equal to or more than of tension strength (TS), greater than or equal to 38% of elongation (El), greater than or equal to 30 MPa of bake hardening (BH), and greater than or equal to 1.2 of r-value.</p> |
