PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably form a leucocyte layer in a desired position after centrifugal separation.SOLUTION: A blood storage tank 20 for storing blood includes a first storage part 21, a second storage part 22, and a third storage part 23 provided between the first storage part and the second storage part which is communicated with the first storage part and the second storage part. A volume adjusting member capable of adjusting the volume of the blood storage tank is arranged in the blood storage tank. The volume adjusting member includes a bag body 80 having flexibility. The bag body can store fluid, in isolation from the blood stored in the blood storage tank. By changing the amount of the fluid stored in the bag body, the volume of the blood storage tank can be adjusted. |
