PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an austenite stainless steel having excellent corrosion resistance in presence of oxidized acid and radioactive waste liquid treatment equipment using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an austenite stainless steel having a composition consisting of, by mass%, C: 0.02% or less, Si: 1.0% or less, Mn: 2.0% or less, Ni: 9.0 to 13.0%, Cr: 18.0 to 20.0% and N: 0.1% or less and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, a ratio of Cr equivalent/Ni equivalent is 1.45 to 1.80 inclusive and the austenite phase is a single crystal structure. |
