PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker which can be manually reset to "close" position, even if power to a remote actuator is lost when the circuit breaker is in a "remote open" state.SOLUTION: A circuit breaker includes contacts 105, 115 mutually movable between a closed state and an open state, a coupling assembly 145 movable between an engaging position and a non-engaging position, a remote actuator 180 movable between an ON position and an OFF position, and a manual reset mechanism 160 for moving the remote actuator to the ON position during operation of losing power to the remote actuator when it is at the OFF position, thus resetting the contact to the closed state. |
