PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cell cost by reducing the usage of Ag paste on the back surface of a cell, while ensuring the connection strength between the back surface of the cell and cell output.SOLUTION: In a solar cell 1 including at least a finger electrode, an Al electrode 2 is provided entirely on the back surface, an aperture 2a is provided in a connection region of tab wires along the connection region, and an Ag electrode 3 is provided across the aperture 2a. Width of the Ag electrode may be 0.1-1.5 mm, preferably 0.2-1.0 mm. |
