PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To warn that a width of a recording medium is less than a width of a pressure applying surface of a fixing member.SOLUTION: A CPU 60 acquires a width in a direction to intersect a conveyance direction of a recording medium, and a width, in the width direction of the recording medium, of a pressure applying surface formed by a pair of pressure applying members of a fixing member, and when the acquired width of the recording medium is less than the width of the pressure applying surface, controls output means to output warning. |
