The vacuum cleaner 11 comprises an air passage body 13. The air passage body 13 comprises a hose body 82 of which the side of a downstream end is connected to the main body part 12 so as to communicate with the side of suction of the electric air blower 25. The air passage body 13 comprises a motor 113 operated by power supply. The vacuum cleaner 11 comprises a holding part 14 that is provided in a position different from the side of the downstream end of the air passage part 13 and of which the side of a rear end can be detachably attached to the main body part 12. The vacuum cleaner 11 comprises a power supply line L that can supply power from the main body part 12 to the motor 113 and in which the power supply is connected or disconnected when the holding part 14 is attached to or detached from the main body 12.</p>
