PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous resin composition having vibration damping property using a resin emulsion useful from a point of view of safety nd environmental protection, especially taking an efficient vibration damping mechanism in a practical temperature region and capable of enhancing vibration damping of a coated film as a used filler, and having vibration damping property without problems from a point of view of a material cost even when using a film forming component capable of taking an efficient vibration damping mechanism sufficiently in the practical temperature region.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous resin composition used for adding vibration damping property containing at least a high molecular synthetic resin emulsion and a hollow particle made from resin having the glass transition temperature (Tg) of 40 to 140°C.
