SYSTEM FOR DISPLAY LIVE LINE AND DEAD LINE OF SUBSTATION AND METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are a system for displaying a non-active line of a substation and a method thereof. The system of the present invention includes: a data extraction unit to extract configuration information of a substation from a database; a single line diagram generation unit to generate a single line diagram of the substation based on the configuration information; an electrical measurement unit to measure at least one of a voltage and a current of a transmission ling connected to the substation to generate measurement information; and a non-active state determination unit to determine a non-active state of the transmission line and an adjacent line receiving power from the transmission line by using the measurement information and the configuration information, and output the non-active state to a display unit by reflecting the non-active state in a single line diagram. According to the present invention, by using the database based on a language configuring the substation, the non-active line of the substation can be automatically displayed on the single line diagram thus preventing accidents due to human error from occurring.
