The present invention relates to a composition for improving the condition of hair or scalp containing panax ginseng polysaccharides and green tea polysaccharides. And more specifically, the composition is mixed of the polysaccharides extracted from 100-year-old ginseng or black ginseng which are processed of panax ginseng, and the polysaccharides extracted from green tea so it prevents grey hair and hair loss, mitigates stimulation to scalp, inhibits dandruff and scalp inflammation, improves overall hair condition, and has excellent purification and soothing effects to scalp.
