<p>Disclosed are a cold-rolled steel sheet for an outer panel of a vehicle, which has high moldability and a low yield ratio property, by lowering continuous yield behavior and yield strength through alloy component adjustment and process condition control, and a method of manufacturing the same. The cold-rolled steel sheet consists of 0.04 to 0.06 wt% of C, 0.01 to 0.10 wt% of Si, 1.0 to 1.7 wt% of Mn, 0.03 wt% or less of P, 0.006 wt% or less of S, 0.3 to 0.5 wt% of Cr, 0.1 to 0.6 wt% of Al, and the remainder consisting of Fe and unavoidable impurities, and has tensile strength (TS) of 260 to 520 MPa, a yield point (YP) of 260 to 280 MPa, and elongation (EL) of 32 to 35%.</p> |
