PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment system capable of appropriately controlling additive amounts of an aggregating agent and an aggregating aid and stably maintaining water quality after treatment.SOLUTION: A water treatment system comprises: an aggregating agent injection device 40 which adds an aggregating agent and/or an aggregating aid to raw water; a reaction tank 20 which causes a floc to be formed in the raw water with the aggregating agent and/or the aggregating aid added thereto; and a floc strength measuring device 80 which measures strength of the formed floc. The water treatment system also has: injection amount calculation means which calculates deficiency and excess of the aggregating agent and/or the aggregating aid on the basis of the measured strength of the floc; and injection amount regulation means which regulates an injection amount of the aggregating agent and/or the aggregating aid in a manner that maintains the strength of the floc at a predetermined value on the basis of a calculation result of the injection amount calculation means.
