PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform address setting by a simple method without providing any exclusive terminal for address setting.SOLUTION: An MPU 14 and voltage detection ICs 13[1], 13[2], 13[3] and 13[4] are serially connected by a daisy chain system in this order by a common communication line. In ID setting processing, the MPU 14 successively transmits setting commands (address setting instruction commands) 410, 420, 430 and 440 including address numbers "1", "2", "3" and "4". The IC 13[i] which has received the setting command executes activation processing including processing of setting the address number in the received setting command to its own address number. When newly receiving the setting command after completing the activation processing, the IC 13[i] transmits the newly received setting command to the following IC 13[i+1]. |
