PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work process management system performing allocation of a person in charge in a production system suitable for a printing site, such as a line production system or a cell production system.SOLUTION: A work process management system managing work processes for manufacturing products includes: person in charge candidate management means of managing a person in charge candidate with respect to each work process for manufacturing products; work situation management means of managing information on a worker and a work situation of the worker; and person in charge allocation means of allocating a worker contained in person in charge candidates of a work process of interest and being in a workable situation, as a person in charge of the work process of interest, on the basis of the person in charge candidates and the work situation. |
