<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule treatment device in which a decomposition operation and an assembly operation are facilitated.SOLUTION: The granule treatment device being an extrusion granulation device 1, including: a base 3; and a device body 7 provided via a support shaft 5 rotatably held at the base 3. The device body 7 includes: a casing 15 fixed with the support shaft 5; a motor 17 provided at the casing 15; a shaft part 19 rotated by the motor 17; and a screen 21 granulating raw material with the shaft part 19. In an operation position, the shaft part 19 is arranged along the upper and lower directions, and a bolt 101 is screwed to a first projection part 73 provided at the support shaft 5 from the base 3 to regulate the rotation of the device body 7. In a maintenance position at which the device body 7 is rotated by 90° from the operation position, the shaft part 19 is arranged in a horizontal direction, the bolt 101 is screwed to a secondary projection part 75 provided at the support shaft 5 from the base 3 to regulate the rotation of the device body 7, and the respective members can be removed to a horizontal direction and be assembled.</p> |
