<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of suppressing the decrease of a noise removing rate, while increasing a reading speed, and to provide a method for driving the solid-state imaging device and an imaging system.SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device includes a photoelectric conversion element converting light into an electric charge, a floating diffusion part converting the electric charge into a voltage, a transfer transistor transferring the electric charge converted by the photoelectric conversion element to the floating diffusion part, an amplification transistor amplifying the voltage of the floating diffusion part, a selection transistor outputting the voltage amplified by the amplification transistor to an output line, and a switch provided between the output line and a current source. During the transition period of the transfer transistor from an off-state to an on-state and during the transition period of the transfer transistor from the on-state to the off-state, the selection transistor and the switch are in the off-state.</p> |
