<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter and power conversion method capable of increasing the number of kinds of a power supply or load capable of being connected to a port.SOLUTION: A power converter has a plurality of, at least 3 or more, ports and is capable of converting power between any 2 ports of the plurality of ports. The power converter comprises: a plurality of joints capable of being connected to a power supply or load; and a selection circuit for selecting a connection destination of a specific port of the plurality of ports from the plurality of joints. A power conversion method for converting power between arbitrary ports of the plurality of, at least 3 or more, ports includes a process of selecting a connection destination of a specific port of the plurality of ports from the plurality of joints capable of being connected to the power supply or load.</p> |
