<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose content information suitable of a user.SOLUTION: An information recommendation response processing unit 220 is configured to: receive a recommendation request for content information from a mobile terminal 100 via a communication unit 210 to search for the content information matching a condition; calculate similarity between a departure point, a destination and a transmission destination of the recommendation request when other users selecting the retrieved content information in the past selects the content information and a departure point of a user using the mobile terminal 100, a destination thereof and the transmission destination of the recommendation request; as to combinations of registered users, calculate similarity about distances between activity bases of users pertain to the combinations thereof and destinations common among the users pertain to the combinations thereof; and calculate an evaluation value of the content information using the calculated two kinds of similarity, and transmit the content information and a recommendation result having the evaluation value of the content information indicated to the mobile terminal 100 via the communication part 210.</p> |
