<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tread board structure for a passenger conveyor in which the structure is simple and cost increase is not involved and which is excellent in maintenance performance and reliability for actual usage.SOLUTION: The tread board structure is provided, at a tread board 3, with a slip prevention mechanism which is configured to comprise: a specified number of stoppers 3C that move vertically in opening parts 3B provided at the specified number of grooves at the surface concave part of the tread board 3; a frame 3D which is provided to fix each stopper 3C; links 3F each of which has one end fitted to a long hole part of the frame 3D as rotatable and slidable and the other end fitted to a roller 3H and rotates with a fulcrum part 3E fixed to the tread board 3 of the midway place as the center; and rollers 3H each of which moves longitudinally in an opening part 3G provided at the upper part of a riser surface of the tread board 3. The stopper 3C, corresponding to the movement of the roller 3H, rises from the upper surface of the tread board 3 to protrude under the step state of the tread board 3 and drops from the upper surface of the tread board 3 because the roller 3H is pushed into the riser surface by the adjacent tread board 10 under the horizontal state of the tread board 3.</p> |
