<p>An organic light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate where a first to a third pixel region are defined, a first electrode which is located on the first to the third pixel region, respectively, a first light emitting layer located on the first pixel region and a second light emitting layer located on the second pixel region, a hole connection layer which is located on the first light emitting layer, the second light emitting layer, and the third pixel region and transfers holes and electrons, a third light emitting layer which is located on the hole connection layer and is located on the first to the third pixel region, an electron injection layer located on the third light emitting layer, and a second electrode located on the electron injection layer. At least one of the hole connection layer and the electron injection layer is mixed with alkali metal or alkali earth metal.</p> |
