<p>According to the present invention, an adhesive coating layer (3) is formed on one surface of a non-woven fabric during the slitting of the non-woven fabric, and then the non-woven fabric is slit. Then, terminal end portions on both sides of the slit non-woven fabric are folded upward or downward, and then adhesive coating layers (2a, 2b) are formed on the surface of the terminal end portion of the folded non-woven fabric on the side opposite to the surface of the non-woven fabric (1) where the adhesive coating layer (3) is formed so that an insulating panel intermediate material is produced. Then, the produced insulating panel intermediate materials are stacked, heated, and pressed so that the insulating panel having a double cell honeycomb structure is manufactured. According to the present invention, manufacturing equipment and processes can be simplified compared to existing methods for manufacturing double cell honeycomb structure insulating panels. Accordingly, the double cell honeycomb structure insulating panel can be manufactured even with existing single cell honeycomb structure insulating panel manufacturing equipment.</p> |
