摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power load estimation device capable of more easily estimating reactive power of a user appliance or reactive power loss of a distribution line.SOLUTION: A power load estimation device according to an embodiment for estimating a power load quantity to be a power load of an electric system to which a load apparatus is connected, on the basis of a physical quantity measured in the electric system comprises a first lead-out unit, a second lead-out unit, a data holding unit, and a first estimation unit. The first lead-out unit leads out a harmonic component of reactive power from waveform analysis of the physical quantity of the electric system. The second lead-out unit leads out a harmonic component of current from waveform analysis of the physical quantity. The data holding unit holds collation data showing degree data on harmonic components of reactive power in various load apparatuses. The first estimation unit estimates the power load quantity of the electric system by collating results of leading out the harmonic component of the reactive power and harmonic component of the current with the collation data.
