PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a rotary electric machine capable of further certainly cooling a rotor.SOLUTION: A cooling structure of a rotary electric machine is equipped with: an end plate 50 extending from an outer peripheral surface of a rotary shaft body 10 to the diametrical direction outside and covering an axial direction end surface 36 of a rotor 30 from the axial direction outside; and a pressing member 60 for pressing the end plate 50 to the rotor 30 from the axial direction outside of the rotor 30. The end plate 50 is provided with a plate portion 51 extending from the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft body 10 to the diametrical direction outside, and an outside abutting portion 52 projecting from the plate portion 51 toward the rotor 30 and abutting on the whole circumference of an outer peripheral end portion of the axial direction end surface 36 of the rotor 30. The pressing member 60 applies a pressing load on a part on the diametrical direction outer side than a diametrical direction center m between an outer peripheral edge of the rotor 30 and an inner peripheral edge of the rotor 30 of the plate portion 51. |
