PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle which has high pedestrian protection performance while covering the edge of an opening of a hood frame.SOLUTION: In a front vehicle body 10 of a vehicle, an openable and closable hood 32 is formed by a hood skin 41 forming an outer surface and a hood frame 42, a bulk head 14 is installed below the hood 32, the bulk head 14 is provided with a hood lock device 15, and the hood lock device 15 is provided with a striker 35 lockable to the hood lock device 15. The hood lock device 15 includes a lock part 25 provided in the bulk head 14, and a lock release lever 27 which is extended from the lock part 25 toward the vehicle body front and can release a locked state of the lock part 25 and the striker 35. A part of the hood frame 42 corresponding to above the lock release lever 27 is formed with an opening part 45. The opening part 45 is locked with a plug 50 capable of absorbing a load being input from above the hood skin 41. |
